Can I have an unmanaged server?

Yes. We offer Unmanaged VPS plans on Intel/AMD infrastructure that include the base OS only (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, etc.) with full root access. In this case, software management and security are the responsibility of the customer.

How quickly is my VPS provisioned?

All VPS plans are provisioned instantly after payment confirmation. Your server is typically ready within 5 minutes. For managed VPS, hardening and additional configuration are completed within 24 hours.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all VPS hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
